Advance registration is the best value for this program. All forms
are downloadable.
Registration documents must be received by October 7th to be processed at the lower "advance registration" rate!

The following personal safety equipment is required for all participants who wish to work with wild horses:
- Appropriate clothing
- Appropriate shoes (closed-toe shoes, preferably leather, appropriate for
equestrian activities)
- Gloves
- A helmet appropriate for working with horses
Meals can be preordered prior to the workshop. Preordered meals will cost less than meals puchased at the workshop. Most meals are "all you can eat."
Advance meal prices (prepaid by October 7th) are:
Breakfast, Cold - $ 3.00

Meals purchased at the event are:

A "Meal Pass" is available for all event meals, coffee and punch, an afternoon snack and discounts on sodas for $82.00 for adults and $54.00 for children, when sent in with registration and received by October 7th.
(Passes ordered after October 7th will be an additional $15.00 each.)
A "Beverage Pass" is available for coffee and bottled water all week and discounts on sodas for $15.00.

The closest airport to Stagecoach is Reno (about a 50 minutes drive.) We will attempt to help coordinate ride sharing for participants without ground transportation. A Hospitality Coordinator's link will be provided shortly.
"Dry" RV and tent camping is available at the venue. There are State Parks and full hookup RV camps in the area.

This is an all volunteer event that has no paid employees. All registration fees paid go towards event expenses. Registration fee refunds may be made to persons cancelling their registrations. A twenty five dollar ($25.00) processing fee will be deducted for all registration refunds requested by participants by October 7th. A thirty five dollar ($35.00) processing fee will be deducted for all registration refunds requested by participants after October 7th. Refunds will typically not be issued until after the event and after all checks clear the bank.
