Butterfield Corrals Tour

Part Two

Visitors entering the corral
  THE STALLION CORRAL
Have you ever considered walking into a large corral that contained over 100 rather large "wild" stallions? What would you expect? That's what we did at Butterfield and the experience was incredible.

The most incredible part of the visit to the stallion corral was when they started to play. They decided to show off and over 100 stallions set off dashing through the trees and around the small hills, racing around us for several minutes. Then they would stop, change directions and run some more. As it was twilight and became very dusty it wasn't possible to get good still photos but we did get some incredible video tape of their actions.
